Surviving Unemployment

Waiting on the Lord (Article excerpt)

As I write this article about waiting, it’s important for me to describe my current situation. It’s December of 2002 and my Christmas joy is restrained by the fact that I am unemployed. This is the second time in two years and it’s really getting old. I have submitted about 100 applications for jobs in the past two months, but to no avail. God is so awesome and amazing! He led me to this site today through reminding of this song by Fred Hammond called “All Things Are Working”. I have been struggling for a while with consistent and permanent employment and also praying about God’s desire in how He wants to use me so that I will walk in the destiny He created me for. Praise God…He is always listening…even when we don’t pray out loud :-D
